PACK YOUR SAMPLES

  1. Download and Print Form A sent to your e-mail address. OR, you may also print a copy of your Form A by Logging in to your Craft Spirits Awards Account.
  2. Label your samples with the PRODUCT CODE. Please put the product code above the back label on each bottle.You can find product code in Form A. (Contact us if you cannot find your Form A). SAMPLES WITHOUT PRODUCT CODE WILL BE CHARGED A HANDLING FEE OF GBP50 PER SAMPLE
  3. Label All your box. Please ensure that each carton is clearly marked with the below details:
  • Contact Name and Number
  • Company Name
  • Shipper’s Address
  • Number cartons clearly 1/1 or 1/2, 2/2 etc.

*For sustainability reasons, do not use bubble wrap, instead use cardboard dividers and paper

SEND YOUR SAMPLES

  1. Attach 3X copies of Form A on the outside of EACH parcel. Samples sent without FORM A will not be accepted. Make sure the Shipper Company Name, Description, %Vol/ABV is correct, to avoid delay in custom clearance. The value of all products must be declared as The value of all products must be declared as £1. DO NOT send copies of entry forms, invoices or your own Proforma invoice with the samples.
  2. You must package your samples marked “Shipper accepts charges” on the documentation provided by your shipping agent or courier company. All charges are your responsibility as the entrant to pay. Keep a copy of the documents as proof that Duties have been paid.
  3. Send your samples Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Instruction to complete the import declaration should be given to your chosen shipping agent or courier company.
  4. Notify Receiver by E-mail When Sending (with tracking number).

Please note that as per the Craft Spirits Awards organisation policy, 

Only samples for which payment has been received will be tasted in the forthcoming Craft Spirits Awards Tasting.

We therefore suggest to ensure that payment for your invoice is received so that your samples may participate.

  • TO ENSURE YOUR SAMPLES ARRIVAL, DHL IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SHIPMENT TO THE UK. SAMPLES SENT TO LONDON VIA DHL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • Craft Spirits Awards™ Office hours is Monday to Friday 10am-5pm (except public holidays).
  • Notify shipper of office hours. Deliveries may be returned to the sender if received outside of office hours.
